I Am A Pioneer.

Back in 2016, I wrote my first line of code for H5P. I opened up my way to become a part of the H5P core team. Fast forward, and I took the leap into IT freelancing.

Since then? I’ve built over 25 brand-new H5P content types from the ground up – GameMap (on the right) being just one of them.

I’ve leveled up H5P by enhancing flagship content types like Interactive Video, Course Presentation, and Interactive Book. My contributions? They don’t stop there. I’ve strengthened the H5P core itself and made H5P integrations for Moodle and WordPress even better.

Need custom solutions? Done. I’ve built a bespoke content publishing system for a German publisher and a printing library for Canadian universities to handle H5P content with precision.

My expertise has gone global – for instance helping NDLA in Norway and KidsLoop in South Korea.

The bottom line? I’ve delivered results, made an impact, and I’ve been doing it longer and better than most.

I’m active in the H5P community forums, sharing insights and solving problems in my spare time. My blog is packed with tips, tricks, and expertise on using and developing for H5P—free for anyone to learn from. I show up at BarCamps and deliver H5P sessions pro bono. And because I’m rooted in the open-source and open educational resources world, much of what I create is yours to retain, revise, remix, reuse, and redistribute with zero restrictions.
